**Purposes:** The company's objects ("Objects") are specifically restricted to the following:  to provide, or assist in the provision, of facilities for recreation for the benefit of the public within County Antrim and its environs of Northern Ireland (hereinafter called the "area of benefit") in the interests of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life and, in particular:  a) to provide, or secure the provision, of a recreational skate park facility for the public benefit and to promote community participation in healthy recreation by the provision of facilities for participating in the amateur urban sports of skateboarding, BMX biking, roller skating and related amateur sports.  b) via volunteers work with the 'community' of people interested in and/or associated with Urban Sports with a view to tackling issues associated with youth marginalisation and/or exclusion.
