Achievements and performance
Summary of the t￿in achievenEnts of
the d)aiity during the yea
The G￿up had SUffe￿d a serious k)&$ of adult leaders since
2020. This was n*inty due to the effect ofthe Covid-19
pandemic whth rr£ant the Group was unable to meet for
sorre tmne. Vthen meetings restarted only the older age group
( Expk)rer UnFt) had sufrient adult leaders. Beaver5. Cubs
and Sojuts not resurr£ at all and Explorer Scouts also rdn
into dIr￿jIty as they found they did not have enough adult
leade￿ to fx)nttnue safely. S￿ut HQ have a p￿grdrn going in
the 2023 -24 year. I￿rking with k)c21 adult leaders. to retum
the Group to fuK operatr)nal status. Vlrth the exception of
Expk)rer So)uts (14 -18 years) all Units are in operatK)n
again, with numbers reduced f￿M pre-CL)vxl tinEs but
sufftient to be effectpie.
