As the cliarlty's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts In
accordance wlth the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the proCedU￿S laid down in the general Directions given by the
Commission under settlon 65(9)(b) of the Charlties Art
State whether particular Inatters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charlty accounts as required under section 65 of the
Charltles Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with tlie
general Directions given by the Charlty Commission for Northern Ireland
uiider sectlon 65(9)(b) of the Charitie5 Act.
My examlnatlon Induded a review of the accountlng records kept by the
charlty and a compariqon of the accounts presented wlth those records. It
also Included consideration of any unusual items or dlsdosurL15 in tlie
accounts, diid seeklng explanaLions from you as charity trustees concerning
any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving
me cause to believe:

3. That the accounts do not comply with the accountlng requirements of the
Charlties Act
