INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT FOR THE TRUSTEES OF
1ST BALLINAMALLARD SCOUT GROUP
I have been requested by the Group Scout Leader (on behalf of the Trustees)
of the above Group to examine the Accounts of the Group for the period of 1
April 2023 to 31 sl March, 2024.
I report on the Accounts of the Trustees for the period ended 31st March, 2024.
As the Charity's Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of Accounts
in accordance with the Charity's Act (N.I.) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under Section 65 of the Charities Act.
Follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the
Commission under Section 65 (9) (b) of the Charities Act.
State whether particular matters have come to my attention.

My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity
and a comparison of the Accounts presented with those records. It also
included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the Accounts,
and seeking explanation from you as Charity Trustees concerning any such
matters.
I have completed my examination and am happy to confirm that the Accounting
Records of the Group for the said period are in accordance with the Charities
Act of the Charity Commission for N. l., and no unusual items or disclosures
have arisen which would cause concern to the Trustees.
