I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31 March 2024.
Respective responsibilities of charlty trustees and examiner
As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts
In accordan￿ with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
El examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act
El follow the procedures lald down In the general Directlons given by the
Commission under section 65(9)(b) of the Charitles Act
E] stste whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examinerfs report
I have examined your charlty accounts as requlred under sectlon 65 of the
Charities Att and my examination was carried out in accordance wlth the general
D1￿ctionS given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section
65(9)(b) of the Charities Act.
My examlnatlon included a review of the accountlng records kept by the charlty
and a comparison of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also Included
conslderation of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeklng
explanatsons from you as charity trustees con￿MIng any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention
giving me cause to believe:
l. That accountlng records were not kept In accordan￿ with settlon 63 of the
Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountlng records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accountirMJ requirements of the
Charities Att
4. That there is further infonnation needed for a proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.

matters (l) to (4) listed above and, in connettion with following the Direttlons of
the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no matters that
requlre drawing to your attention.
