Trustee Annual Report Form
All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
Tbe Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them
develop emotionally) mentally? physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive
contribution to their Community and the wlder world.

A summary of the Charity's main activities to further its
Purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year
54 Guides and Rangers a￿ in the Unit (Girls aged between 10 and 18), and they took
part in a varied range of activities over the year. These included, cooking. games, crafts,
bracelet making, campfire cooking. mountain walking, completing badges (both
individually and as a unit), alongside church seniices and parties for special events.
They helped in the local community this year by doing a litter pick. and helping the RBL
create a fantastic display to mark Remernbrance Day.
30 members enjoyed a weekend at the North Coast, staying at Portstewart Guide Hall.
The girls thoroughly enjoyed their time avrfay, and had lots of fun at the beach, crab
fishing along the rocks, having a boal trip along the coast, a little bit of shopping and time
at Currys amusements.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.

Charity Trustees are aware of the guidance about the Commission's public benefit
requirement statutory guidance.
A review of the Charity's fmancial position at the end of the year
The overall position is healthy. There are no debs or reserves to record. The opening
balan￿ as at 1st July 2023 was £1000.38 and the closing balance as at 31st June 2024
was £332.28.
Details of any fund held by the Charity that was materially in deficit at the end of the year and steps
takcn by the Charity Trustees to eliminat¢ th¢ deficit
