members are the Charlty Trustees

but have been accustomed member5 of the cowe8ation for * least three montrs, may r*ster as membus
ofthe genernl vestry ofthe partsh. allo￿n8 them to attend and vote at meethw5 ofthe general vestry and to Stand for
electlon to selert vestry. Moetines of the general vestry are held at least once a year. The Select Vestry Is eletted as
part of thls General V¥try meetlnB. The Selert Vertry will hold their positions for a periDd of one year. Select Vestry
members may be re*letted annualfy and there Is no limit on the number of terms which may be served.
The Inujmbent (Rertor) of the Parish stipend Is pald dlrectly by the Diocese. and recelves a stipend in accordance with
fi8UTes approved by the General Synod ofthe Church of Ireland together with approved offlce and locornotory
allowances.
