Reeeipts and Payments Account All items of income and expynditure included within the Receipts and Payments Account have been accounted for on a cash receipt basis. Voluntary income is received by way of donations and gifts and is included in full in the statement of financial activilic5 when receivable. The value of servic¢s provided by volunteers has not been included The Parish generally meets its day to day working capital requirements from its annual income unfortunately this was not the cas¢ this year. The Trustees have obtained and r¢view¢d cash flow forecasts for the coming year and based on th¢s¢ are satisfied that the Parishes have resources to provide a reasonable exFectstson that it can meet its financial obligations as they fall due for the foreseeable future. Therefore these financial statrments have been prepared on a going concern basis. b. Statement of Assets Vdnd Liabilities Assets retsined for the Parishes, olvn use The assets of the Parishes, retained for their ￿e cornpris¢ of: Church Buildings and Graveyards Parish Halls and Contents Glebe House and tAnd These are d¢¢m¢d to be Heritage Assets &$ defined by the Charities SORP (FRS 102). These Heritsge Assets are included in the 5tatem¢nt of assets and liabilitt'es while the infom]ation of the cost or valuation is not cutrently available as such infomiats'on cannot be Obtain￿ at a cosl commensurate benefit to the users of the accounts and to the Church. However th¢ valuations listed for the r￿ed ass¢ts refers to the 2016 valuation figures. Investments Fixed asset Investments comprising investment pro￿rtIeS. inv¢stm¢nt in cquits'es (Ordinary Shares) and investment in RCBICIT Unit TnLsts are initially r￿Orded at cost and ar¢ then subsequently stated at fair value at each year end date. Inv¢stments in unquoted investments are recorded at cost and are &ssessed annually for impairnient. (See Statement of Accounts). Transactions iyitb the Trustees There were no transactions with the TnLStees during the year ended 31° December 2019. No Trust¢¢ or any person related to a t[￿st¢¢ had any pusonal interest in any contract or transaction entered into by the Charity during the year. li Parishes of Ballyrnoyer and 8elleek Governanee Costs Governance costs of £IOO.(K) were incurred during the year ended 31" December 2019.
