Examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act Follow the procedures lald down in the general directions given by the Commisslon under section 65 {9llbl of the Charities Act State whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basls of Independent examlners oplnlon I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Chartties Act and my examination was carried out in atcordance with the general directlons 8lven by the Charity Commlssion for Northern Ireland under section 65{91(bl of the Charities Act. My examlnatlon Included a revlew of the accountin8 records kept by the charity and a mparlson of the accounts presented with those records. It also included considefatlon of any unusual Items or dlsclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanations from you as charlty trustees concernin8 any suth matters. My role Is to state whether any material matters have come to my attentlon 8lvln8 me cause to believe: l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charltles Act 2. That the actounts do not accord with those accounting rerds. 3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act. 4. That there is further inforniation needed for a proper understandin8 of the accounts to be reached.
