**The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.**

East Division has approximately 556 girls and 24 leaders. The girls partake in games, crafts, cooking and baking and visits outside of the meeting place. Some units also have visitors to the meeting place. Units attended weekends away and overnight stays. No harm flowing from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit.

All trustees are aware of this.

There was an income of £392,91  and expenditure of £785.31  Closing balance  £961.05
