preparation of the accounts in accordance wilh Ihe requirements of the Companies Acl 2006.
Having satisfied ourselves that the charily is not subjed lo audtt under ojmpany law and 15 eligible foT
independent examinalion, it is our responsibility to.
examine the accounts under se¢tion 65 of the Charities Ad (Northem Ireland) 2008,.
lo follow Ihe procedures laid dimn in the general Directions gNen by the Charity Commission for
Northem Ireland under sectK)n 65(9}Ib) of the Charities Act- and
lo stale whether particular matters have come to our attenlion.

We have examined your charity accounts as required under seclion 65 of the Charities Aci and our
examination was carried out in accordance with the general Dire¢lions given by th8 Charily Commission for
Northern Ireland under section 65{9)(b) of the Charikne5 Act. The examination i￿luded a rewew of the
accountsng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented wrth Ihose records. It also
includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeknng &xplanalions from you
a8 charity truste¢s ¢on¢erning any such matters.
Our role is to state whether any materbal malters have come to our attention giving us any cause to believe:
That accounting records were not kept in accordance wth section 386 of the Companies Act 2006
That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of sedion 396 of th8 c￿7panieS Act
2006 and with the methods and prinriples of the Charities Slalemenl of Recommended Practice
applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Stsndard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland
That there is further infomiation needed for a Proper understanding of the accounts to be reached
