Independent examinerfs report to the charity trustees of 12 Bangor scout group.
I report on the accounts of the Trust for the year enéed 31 March 2019, which
are set out within the financial report section of the Northern Ireland Charity Commission's website.
Respective responsibiltties of charlty trustees and examiner
As the chariVs trustee5 you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the Charities Att (Northern Ireland) 2008.

examine the accounts under settion 65 of the Charltles Att
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directior7s given by the
Commission under section 6519llbl of the Charities Art
stste whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of iridependent examinerfs report.
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the
Chorities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance wfch the
general Dirertions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under
section 6519llbl of the Charitie5 Art.
My examination included a review of the attounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also
included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and
seeking explanations from you a5 charity trustees concerning any such
matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention
8iving me cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance wlth section 63 of the Charities Act.
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting record5.
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act.
4. TPtat there is further information needed for a proper understarbding of the accounts to be
reached.

Independent examinerfs statement
I have complèted my examination and have no concerns in respect of the
matters111 to141 listed above and, in connection with following the Directions
of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, I have found no matters that
require drawing to your attention.
