All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws.
The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.

A summary of the Charity’s main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year
The Brownies attended a Remembrance Service at a local church. They also participated in a Girl Guide meeting to assist with the transition process. The Rainbows were invited to Thinking Day, and the group took part in a mental health workshop with Action Mental Health. The Brownies completed the Skills for the Future theme badge and are currently working on the Be Well theme badge. There was no negative impact arising from the Charity's purposes, and no private benefit was derived.

Accounts are good and no debts. End of financial year 2024, accounts £595.39 (surplus).

We have no funds in deficit at the year end.
