Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charit) Irustees of the Trust you are responsible for the preparation of the atcounts in accordance wilh the
requirements tsf the Charities Act 2011 I'the Act,).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts ca￿led out under Section 145 of (he Act and in carrying out
my examination I have followed all applicable Direciions given by ihe Charity Commission under Section 145{5)(bl of
the A￿.

in the Charities (Accounts and Rcportsl Regulatiuns 2008 other than any requtremenl that the accounts 8ive a
true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have coFne across no other matters in Connection with the examijialion io which attention bhould
be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
