As the charity's trustees you are responslble for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's
trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 65(21 of the Charities Act
(Northern Ireland) 2008 and that an independent examinatlon is needed. The charlty is preparlng

state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have examlned your charlty accounts as requlred under section 65 of the Charities Art and
my eyaminatinn was carried 01.lt in accordance wlth the 8pnFbral Dlrectlons givpn by thp Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland.
My examination included a review of the accountln8 records kept by the charlty and a
comparison of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also included conslderatlon of
any unusual items or disclosures In the accounts, and seekln8 explanations from you as charity
trustees concernlng any such matters.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evldence that would be required In an audlt
and consequently no opinlon is glven as to whether the accounts present a 'true and falr view,
and the report is limlted to those matter5 set out in the next statement.
