As the charlty's trusteesyou are responslble for the preparatlon of the accounts
in accordance with the CharitiesAct (Northem [￿land) 2008.
It is my responsibllity to:
examine the accounts undersectlon 65 of the CharltlesAct
follow the procedures laid down in the general Dirertions given by the
comrnission undersertlon 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act
El state whether particular matters have come to my attentlon.
Basis of independent examinerfs report
I have examlned your charity accounts as required under5ectlon 65 of the
CharitiesAct and my examlnation was carried out in accordance with the general
Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland undersection
65(9)(b) of the CharitiesAct.
My examinatlon Included a revlew of the accounting records kept by the charfty
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those ￿cordS. It also included
consideration of any unusual iterns or dlsclosures In the accounts, and seeking
explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to stste whetherany materlal matters have come to my attentlon
giving me cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept In accordance with sectlon 63 of the
Charitles Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply wlth the accounting ￿quIrements of the
Charlties Act
4. That there is furtherinformation neededfora proper understanding of the
accounts to be reached.
Independent Examiners Statement
I have completed my examination and have no concems in respect of the
rnatters (l) to (4) Ilsted alx>ve and, in connection with following the Directions of
the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland, I have found no matters that
require drawing to your attention.
