**Purposes:** To promote citizenship and community development for the benefit of the inhabitants of the greater Gillygooley area by any exclusively charitable means including: (1)	The provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare and with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants, in particular the establishment of a Community Centre in Gillygooley Orange Hall and the maintenance and management of such a centre. (2)	The relief of those in need by reason of youth, age or other disadvantage in the area through any charitable means but in particular through the provision or recreational pursuits.
