**All Girlguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye-laws. The Purpose of each of these Charities is to educate girls and young women to help them develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually so that they can make a positive contribution to their Community and the wider world.**

The Charity continues to oversee the delivery of good guiding within County Fermanagh 

Our aim is to ensure each member is challenged to reach her full potential while having fun in a 

safe space 

We continue to deliver trainings to our volunteers to ensure the safety of the girls 

There is no harm flowing from the charities purposes and there is no private benefit
