Basis of Independent Examlnerfs Statement
My examlnatlon was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by
the Ch3 rity CommI55ion. An examination includes a review of the accountin8 recoTd5
kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
It a150 includes consideration of any unusual items or disc105ures in the accounts,

matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be
required In a full audit, and consequently I do not express an audlt oplnlon on the
accounts.
