**and achievements in the**
**year**|**_All sections of the group have remained active: Squirrels (4-6),_**
**_Beavers (6-8), Cubs (8-10), Scouts (10-14). Section meetings_**
**_take place weekly during term-time, following a structured_**
**_programme of age-related games and activities, to engage_**
**_and support young people in their personal development,_**
**_empowering them to make a positive contribution to society._**
**_The Group has been working very hard and has had another_**
**_active and busy year._**
**_The Squirrels have taken part in educational activities, Be_**
**_Active, Feel Good, Get Creative, Story Telling, Super Chef and_**
**_Local Superhero this included a visit by the police. Several_**
**_Acorn Awards were achieved._**
**_The Beavers took part in lots of activities to gain their Chief_**
**_Scout Bronze Award. Some of these were, Air Activity, Builder,_**
**_Cook, Cyclist, Digital Citizen, Health and Fitness, Hobbies,_**
**_Safety and Teamwork Space and more._**
**_The Cubs took part in activities to gain their Chief Scout Silver_**
**_Award. Some of these included Local Knowledge, Hobbies,_**
**_Road Safety, Fire Safety, and Navigator, they took part in_**
**_weekend camps to Newcastle and Enniskillen. To gain their_**
**_Outdoor challenge award._**
**_Scouts took part in lots of activities to gain the Chief Scout_**
**_Gold Award. Weekend camps were held in Newcastle and_**
**_Enniskillen. Summer camp was held at Tipperary Wood where_**
**_they took part in Survival activities. A visit to Dundrum_**
**_Archery centre to gain their Master at arms award._**|
