There wasn’t a lot happening in the units this year as many units either didn’t start back because of a lack of girls or volunteers. We had 5 units close. We held our AGM in November where a 1[st] January 2022 – 31[st] December 2022 number of leaders received awards. 10 units purchased badges that were awarded to the girls through out the year.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and that there was no private benefit.
