The accounts have been prepared in accordance with: the Statement of Recommended Practice: Accounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 st January 2015). The charity constitutes a public benefit entity as defined by FRS 102.
