5 rider have been 5helved- hopefully temporarily- due to a shortage of volunteers. We have had a
few tentative inquiries from individuals but they have not materiali5ed. Rose is also unavailable as
she helps with her grandson on Tuesday morningsl
We eventually organised a get together for our volunteer5 before Christmas which was lovely and I
am delighted that many are coming to our gymkhana next week.
On a governance front we have acquired new hats for our riders which meet the Current safety
standards- thank you to Sue who was able to pass on the hats from Carryduff RDA group which
closed after covid. The annual return has been sent to NO and Shirley submitted the Nl Charity
Cornmission requirements. As you are aware, there have been many changes at RDA NO. Although
we have not vet received our Insurance certificates. ￿rOUpS have been informed a several occasions
that we are covered for our activities.
We are looking forward to our Day Out to Laurelview tomorrow. Fingers crossed for good weather.
Finally I would like to thank all or our volunteers for giving up their time so willingly each week. We
