As the charitvs trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to: Examlne the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act Follow the procedures laid down in the general Dlrections given by the Commission under section 6519llbl of the Charltles Act State whether particular matters have come to my attentlon. I have examined your charlty accounts as required under sectlon 65 of the Charities Art and my examlnatlon was carried out in accordance wlth the general Dlrections glven by the Charity Commlsslon for Northern Ireland under section 6519llbl of the Charities Act. My examlnatlon Included a revlew of the accountin8 records kept by the charlty and a compari50n of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideratlon of any unusual Items or disctosures in the accounts, and seekln8 explanatlons from you as charity trustees concernin8 any such matters. My role is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon 8ivln8 me cause to belleve: l. That accountlng records were not kept In accordance wlth sectlon 63 of the Charltles Act 2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accountlng records 3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charltles Act 4. That there is further information needed for a proper understandlng of the accounts to be reached.
