**Purposes:** To advance the education of young people in Northern Ireland by the provision of an accordion marching band with the aim to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and as members of society:  To advance the education and raise the level of artistic taste of the general public in appreciation of music by performing music of a high quality to a high standard through the medium of the accordion band.
