Cubs – Successful camps and trip;
300+badges awarded; 35 Cubs, 4leaders
Scouts – successful opening year with 8
Scouts. Owen and Neal leaders; Gary
Millar, new leader; Alex helper. Neal to
approach another potential leader (JP).
Expecting about 10 Cubs in Sept.
General comments - DOE support
welcomed for younger sections; moving up
dates 26 September 7.40 for all sections
Section times Some discussion about changing times
now that Scouts upand running.
Congestion in car parking also given due
consideration esp around 8pm.
Agreed – Beavers 7-8pm; Cubs 6.45-8pm
and Scouts 7.45-9.15/30. Scouts meeting
in Kirk Cara from 7.45-8.15, the move into
Main Hall from 8.15

helpers, although can help twice monthly

Some discussion about having YP in
November rather than February.

and due to events in Nov/Dec, it was
decided to move to Feb.
