Respectlve responsibillties of Charlty Trustees and Examiner: As the Charity's Trustees you are Teswnsible for the preparation of the accounts in atcordance with the Charities Act (Northern I￿land) 2(X)8. As the Examiner It Is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under Section 65 of the Charities Act follow the procedures laid down in the geneTrl directions given by the Commission under Section 6519llb) of the Charities Act state whether particular matters have come to my attention Basis of Independent Examlner's Report I have examined your Charity accounts as required under Section 65 of the Charities Act and rny examination was carried out ift accordan￿ wrth the generdl Directions grven by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under Section 65(9llbl of the Charities Act. My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the Chartty and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also induded consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as Charity Trustees Con￿mIng any such matters. My role is to state whether any material matter5 have corne to my attention 8ivlng me cause to believe:. l. That the accountlrE records were not kept in accordan￿ with Sertion 63 of the Charities ACL 2. That the accounts do not ar£ord with those accounting records. 3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Art. 4. That there is further infomiation needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
