Covid precautions are relaxed, the seats are still more spaced out however for the convenience of
the congregation. Hand saniti5er is still available upon entry for the convenience of those wishing to
use it and some signage and health and safety reminders are still in place.
Meetings have resumed to normal times again with both AM Breaking of Bread and PM Gospel
meetings as well as Wednesday night Bible study and Friday night Prayer meetings all running again.
Sunday School is also running again. and the Church gives special thanks to the ladies and to Rachel
for her willingness to help in the running of this.

The P A system and recording equipment has now been updated by Absolute Technologies with 2
new headsets, 2 new microphones and stands and a new junction box with a tablet for ease of use.
We now have the ability to copy meetings onto USB sticks as a more cost*ffective method however
CDS are still available. Derek has agreed to enquire about prices for a different type of headset that
they feel could be more user friendly.
The Monday night football outreach is no longer running at present due to low numbers, however
we will continue to monitor interest.
All P.A.T testing will all be completed mid-october.
All Fire Extinguishers will have their annual maintenance checks before the end of ottober.
There have been no leaks in the Church building since all the maintenance work was conducted and
Lennox Scott maintain all building and fencing work annually. We have requested to have the drains
checked and cleared for the winter.

The 2022 Financial report was given out to the fellowship on Sunday 24 September 2023.
Unfortunately, the Fellowship Christmas Dinner will not be possible this year again.
All safeguarding policies and procedures have been updated and in place and we are still awaiting
dates for our designated safeguarding officers to do their refresher training, this will be done as soon
as possible.
Sunday school invitations have been distributed throughout the local area but numbers are still low
so we are goin8 to reach out to Colin Tinsley to see if we can arrange a children's mission in
Spring/Summer 2024. Thomas will contact Colin and talk over possible dates and pricing for this.
Oral suggested the Church take out a regular advertisement in the local Guardian newspaper
detailing the speakers and singers for the upcoming week to try and increase numbers attending the
meetings. Oral and Derek will obtain prices and have agreed to implement this.
Louise Morris is currently volunteering with The Prison Fellowship Nl helplng to deliver a faith based
Restorative Justice programme to Prisoners and is knowing the Lords help in this work.
We hope to get the Creche up and runnlng again and will seek to ask for volunteer5 to help facilitate
