There have been no leaks in the Church bullding since all the maintenance work was conducted and we have given Lennox Scott a contract to maintain all buildir¢ and fenan8 work annually. The buildings have all had a fresh paint and fen around the perirneter all inspected. The 2022 Financial report wa5 given out to the fellowship on Sunday 31" March 2022. Unfortunately, the Fellow5hlp Christmas Dinner will not be possible this year again. C.E.F (Child Evangelical Fellowship) continue to be welcome to make use of the Church to hold any children's meettn8s or events as and when required and The Meeting House will be happv to cover any cost occurred. All safeguardlng pollcie5 and procedures have been updated and In place and we are awaitlng dates for our designated safeguardin8 officers to do their refreshertrainin& this wlll hopefully be done early in the New year. We have disCU5sed Ideas to try and encourage higher numbers of young people in attendance and have declded to have Sunday school invitation leafiets prfnted and distributed alongside our Gospel Invltation5 when the MeetinB House Outreach tsam are next out In the community delivering the leaflets door to door. George has had dlscussions wtth a local shop keeper who has Inforn)ed him that he has a Bounry Castle buslness also, so we hope to organise something for Children and youn8 people in our car park Spa when the better weather comes round. Thomas Morris has been appointed as a Deacon and the bankin8 has been updated to allow him to be a signatory on cheques.
