Dickson, Jim Srnyth and Avrii Carse.
Thomas welcomed Robin FaiTbairn, and asked him to close a moments sil¢nce for the bereaved in prayer. The minutes from last year's AGM
'ere read and accepted as a true Tecord of the meeting.
The treasurer. Sanj W(Kyds. gave a short report on the band's finallres and spoke about the Gift Aid rebates which have been benefIcia] for th
band. Thomas tlw&ed Sam for his continued commitment to his role. Th¢ accounts haTr'e beeo checked and verified by independent auditors and

The chairtt]aD spoke briefly about how the band continues lo be busy, and acknowledged all the different roles that OUT lljembers embark on. Ile

of the year. This was awarded to Peter M¢Auley, St¢phen remarked oo how he is a good attend¢r. he plays his pans well, and ￿SuallY on his own.
Robtn then thatthed the band for illviting him back, and h¢ expressed his ￿atitUde at our support to him, and for playing carols for hiLll in
PortavoLyie during7 the fegtii'c period.
