It is my resFK)nsibilty to" examine the accounls uTrJer sectson 65 of the Charthes Act, follow Ihe procedures laid down in the general Direthons given by the Chanty Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65191{bl of the Chanties A¢ and state whether particular matters have come to my attentK)n.
