expected to iDfluence the economic decisions of users taken on the basis of these fmancial statements.
Irregularities, including fraud, are instances of noll-cornpliance with laws and regulations. We design procedures in lille with our
responsibilities, outiiaed above. to detect material misstatements in respect of iThegularities. including fraud. The extent to wbich our
procedures are capable of dete¢ting irregularities. including fraud is detailed below:
We considered the opporthtties and incentiv&s that may exist withia the company for fraud and identified the greatest
potential for fraud in the following areas.. timing of recognition of incotne and posting of unusual journals. To address
those risks wc discussed the risks with clicnt managcment and designed audit procedures to test the timing of Tevenue
recognitioll and tested a sample of joutnals to confitm they wcrc appmpriate.
