As the charltys trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities

It Is my responsibillty to:
examine the accounts under sectlon 65 of the Charities Act
follow the procedures lald down in the general Directlons given by the Commission under sectlon 6519}Ib)
of the Charltles Act
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.

I have examined your charlty accounts as requlred under section 65 of the Charlties Act and my examlnatlon was
carried out in accordance wlth the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under
section 65{9)Ib) of the Charitles Act.
My examinatlon Included a review of the accounting records kept by the charlty and a comparlson of the accounts
presented wlth those records. It also induded consideration of any unusual Items or discloswes In the accounts,
and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concernlng any such matters.
My role Is to state whether any material matters have come to my attentlon glvln8 me cause to belleve:
l. That accountlng records were not kept in accordance wlth section 63 of the Charlties Act
2. That the accounts do not accord wlth those accountln8 records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accountln8 requirements of the CharitSes Act
4. That there is further information needed for a proper understandlng of the accounts to be reached.
