WEDIKOVEII. WEGROW Girlguiding The financial year the report relates to- for example, I. April 2016 to 31 March 2017 01 January- 31 December 2023 We have had a good Guiding year with Leaders across the County meeting together again in large numbers for Trainings and social events. it has been several years since this last happened. The number of units taking girls on residentials has also increased, many going away again the first time since Covid. We had an increase in the number of both girls and Leaders from the County attending International Jamborees and once again as a County we have been able to support them financially via our County International grant. A5 a County we felt it was important to support our units by contributing some money towards the subscription each Leader pays to Girlguiding UK. thi5 was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, this year we didn't receive any grants towards this, however we felt it was important we , as a County, still financially supported each Guiding Unit. There wa5 no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit. A summary of the Charity's main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the main achievements in the year A statement that the Trustees have had regard to the Commission's Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance We confirm that all trustees are aware of and have regard to the Commission's Public Benefit Requirement A review of the Charivs financial position at the end of the year We finished the year Still in a sound position 2023 Receipts: £3,059.36 / Payments: £8,583.99 2022 Receipts: £5,936.681 Payments: £5,146.53
