A summary of the Charl￿$ main activities to further its purposes for the public benefit and the
main achievements in the year
The guiding year 2022 was much more encouraging as units increased their face to face
meetings and were meeting regularly.
Overseas activities are also resuming and we have been able to support both girls and leaders
attending both World Scout Jamboree and GOLD expeditions.
Financial support from Girlguiding UK enabled us to support units but putting some money
against leaders subscriptions. There was good update and appreciation by leaders for this
gesture.
Grant support from the Arnold Clark Community Fund allowed us to continue support with the
provision of Section Award badges for units.
There was no harm flowing from the Charities purposes and there was no private benefit.
