KING’S WARRIORS TRUSTEES REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 APRIL 2025
Our Mission
Our mission is to go out to the people, telling them the gospel and to motivate, encourage and equip every follower of Jesus to do the same. Eph 4:11-14.
Thanks
Thanks to our board of Trustees: Mr F. Allen, Mr L. Lockhart, Mr S. Scott, Mrs E. Vollebregt and Mr R. Vollebregt and to the others who have helped to keep our little organisation going.
Evangelistic work
As an organisation we have been involved in bringing the Good News about Jesus to many people in Northern Ireland and elsewhere. We have preached, on the streets, in towns and cities and at events. We engaged with the many people who stopped to listen. Many interesting and thought provoking conversations were had and many were left with things to consider. Some even left saying that they were going to turn to Jesus as their King. There were many personal conversations as a result of a new evangelistic method making personal work easier. With this new method many were also challenged with the call of God to turn to him and put their trust in Jesus as their Saviour and King, Some indicated that they were going to do this. We are bringing hope to the hopeless in an age of hopelessness.
Training
There was also an opportunity to bring a training session to some Christians. We find it sad that we have so few opportunities to pass on our wealth of experience to others. Our ability to train others is directly limited by the desire of others to receive training.
Finances
Our income is obviously a reflection on the fact that we have not done any fund raising on the one hand and also what we find to be the general lack of support for this type of work, let alone financial support, among the Christians here.
Join us
All Christians are commanded to tell people the gospel and make disciples — Mtt 28:18-20; Acts 10:42; Rom 10:13,14. However, Jesus said: “...when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?” If we fail in this Great Commission then we fail completely. Do you want the Church to fail? Our faith is in Jesus the Christ and in the power of his message communicated — 1Cor 1:21. As we tell people the gospel we give them the opportunity to put their faith in the One who died for their sinful treachery and came back from the dead to give all who trust in him his goodness. Will you put your faith in Jesus and in the preaching of his gospel? Will you join with us? The directors who served during the year and up to the date of this report, are set out on page 1.
