Conclusion8 relating to going concern In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Trustees, use of the going concem basis of accounting in the preparafjon of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have perfonned. we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the charity's abilty to ¢ontinue as a going ¢oncem for a period of at least e1ve months from when the financial statements are aulhorised for issue. We also obtained an UndetandIng of the legal and regulatory frameworks that the company operates in, focusing on provisions of those laws and regulations that had a direct effect on the delermination of material amounts and disdosures in the financial slatements. In addition, we considered provisions of other laws and regulations that do not have a direct effect on the financial statements but compliance with which may be fundamental to the company's ability to operate or to avoid a material penalty.
