The Charity Is governed by a constitution dated 10/08115.
Financial Review
The trustees were satisfied with performance. The net receipts of £2,271 were within expectatlon
and funds in hand of £8,031 will ensure we can meet our charitable purposes going forward.

Activities and Achievements Public Benefit Reporting
The main activity has been the management of the community facility.
The achievements for the year have included the efficient management of the facility to ensure their
usage by a range of not for profit groups in the community. The hall was well used an average of 6
days per week for a range of activities including community coffee morning5, music lessons,
historical talks, birthday parties, concerts, missions and meetings by various groups.

The charity has regard for the public benefit requirement charity guidance as laid down by the Nl
Charities Commission.
