The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordan￿ with the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2(KE.
It is my responstbilty to:
examine the accounts under sertion 65 of the Charrties Act.
to follow the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission lunder
section 6519llbl of the Att. and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention

In connection with my examination. no material matters have come to my
attention whKh give5 me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance wrth section 63of the
Charities Act or
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
The accounts do not cornp￿ wtth the accounting requirements of the
Charities Act.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the
examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper
understandiryg of the accounts to be reached.
