I report on the accounts OF the Banbridge and District Hi$frorical Soctety for the year ending 31 /3/2023. I have examined your charity accounts as required under seclion 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordance with the general diredions of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland Ireland. My examination included a review OF the accounting records kept by the Society ond a comparison of the accounts presented with those occounts. There were no irregularities found in my examination. My role is to State whether any material rnatters have come to my ottention gtving me cause to believe: That accounting records were nol kept in accordance with sedion 63 of the Charitie5 Act 2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting record5 3. That the accounts do not comply with the occounting requirements of the Charitie5 Act 4. That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached I have completed my examination and have no concerns in resped of the matters { l ) to (4) listed a note and, in connection with following the Directions of the Charity Commissiom for Northern Ireland, I have found no motters that require drawing to your attention.
