Basis of examiner's statement
I have examined your charlty accounts as requlred under5ertlon 65 of the Charitles Art and my
examInai￿on was carrled out In accordance wlth the general Direttions 8lven by the Charlty
Commlssion for Northern Ireland under sectlon 65 (9)(b) of the Charltfes Act. The examlnation
Included a revlew of the accountln8 records kept by the charity and a comparfson of the accounts
presented w￿h those records. It also Induded conskleration of any unusual Items or disck)sures In
the accounts and seeking explanations from you a5 charity trustees concernln8 any such matters.
My role Is to state whether any material matters have come to my attentlon givlng me cause to
belleve:
l. That accouniln8 records were not kept as requlred by sertlon 63 of the Charlties Art.
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountin8 record5.
3. That the accounts do not compty with the accountlng requirements of the Charities Act.
