Armagh County Agricultural Show Society Independent Examiner's report for the year ended 31 December 2024 We have examined the finarrial ststements of Annagh County Agriculturdl Show Society as set out on pages10 - 13 for the year ended 31 December 2024, which comprise of the Statement of Financial Activities, The Balance sh￿1, and the related notes. This rep)rt is made solely to the Charity Trustees, as a t*)dy, in ￿cOrdan￿ with regulations made under the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008. Our examination work has been undertaken so that we might state to the Charity's Trustees those matters we are required to stste to them in an irvjependent examinerfs report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent pemitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than the Charity and the charitys Trustees as a body, for our examinatK)n work, for this rerM)rt, or for the opinions we have formed. Responsibilities of the Amiagh County Agricultural Show Society Trustees and Examiner It is our responsibility to-. examine the accounts under section 65 of the Chanties Act., to follow the prccedures laid dovm in the general directs'ons given by the Commission uThJer section 6519}{b) of the Charities Act., and to state whether particular matters have come to our attention. We have examined the charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and our examination was carried out in accordan￿ with the general directions given by the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland under section 6519)Ib) of the Charities Act. Our examination included a review of the accounb'ng records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented wth those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or discbsures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the Trustees cO￿eming any such matters. Our role is to state whether any material matters have come to our attentson giving us cause to believe,. 1. That accounting records were not kept in &cordance section 63 of the Charrties Act. 2. That the &counts do rFOt accord with those accounting records. 3. That the accounts do not comply with the &counting requirements of the Charities Act. 4. That there is further infornab'on r￿eded for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
