## Activities

**Purposes:** To assist in the development of a range of community development activities and resources to benefit the inhabitants of the Larne Town area (herein referred to the area of benefit).  This work will be carried out within the area o9f benefit and be accessible to all residents regardless of age, sex, race, political, religious or other opinion.  It will be promoted by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and the local inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and to provide support to meet the needs of the residents with emphasis on children and young people, women and disabled, social welfare and unemployment with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
