ObjeGtives and Aclivities
The purpose of Maghera Parish Church is to share the message of the Gospel as
it is found in the scriplures.Church services are open lo all who wish to attend and
are open to the leading of God.
Performance & Public Benefit
Each week we meet to praise and worship our God together and pray with one another.
In this way we support and encourage each other lo grow in our own personal faith and
becorne more like Christ and share Communion togéther.
The church has given careftjl consideration to the Charity Commision for Northem
I￿land'S guidance on public benefit to ensure that the activitses entered into during the
year have helFed to achieve the th￿￿h,S objectivesas well as providing public benefit.

Golng Concem
The trustees have reviewed the budgets for the year ahead and are satistfied that there
are adequate funds in placè to ensure that the church can continue its activities and the
financial stslements for the yoar ended 2024 Gan be signed off as a going concem
The Iruslees are responsible for keeping accounting records that are sufficient tr) show
and explain the church's transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any
time the assets and liabilities of the church.They are also respollsible for safeguaiding
the assets of the chU￿h and hen￿ take reasonable steps for the prevention of fraud
and other irregularits'es
