As the charltys trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance wlth
the Charitles Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsiblllty to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charltles Act (Northern Ireland) 2008
follow the procedures laid down In the general Dirertions given by the Charity Commission
for Northern Ireland under sectlon 65{9)Ib) of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008
state whether partlcular matters have come to my attention.

I have examlned your charity accounts a5 required under sectlon 65 of the Charitles Act and my
examination was carried out In accordance with the general Dlrectlons 8iven by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland under sectlon 65(9)(b) of the Charitles Act. My examination
Included a revlew of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in
the accounts and seeking explanations from you as charlty trustees concernlng any such matters.
