**Purposes:** The Association is established to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Cashel district of Co. Fermanagh and it's environs ( hereinafter described as the "the area of benefit") without distinction of age, sex, political, race, religious or other opinion, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in the common effort to advance education and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for the protection of health and recreation, with the object of improving the conditions of the life for the said inhabitants.
