Development Association
I report to the members on my examination of the accounts of Maguiresbridge Village &
Rural Development Association for the year ended 31 March 2023.
Responsibilities of officers and examiners
The Association's constitution states that the association is responsible for the preparation of
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act (Northem Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts to ensure that they have been prepared in accordan￿ with
general accounting principles.
state whether any particular matters have come to my attention.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination and no matter has come to my attention:
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the
requirements.

to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply
with the accounting requirements of the group.
