Trustees Report
Tullygarley Mission Hall exists to provide the beneficiaries of the charity With access to
public worship within the Tullygarley area of Baiiymena. The beneficiaries of the charity
are those living within the Tullygarley Area of Ballymena. The benefits to beneficiaries
Include a moral improvementwithin Local society, reduced social isolation and the
provision of public meetings for worship. Through these it fosters and encourages the
spiritual development of its members and attenders. This will in turn lead to local
involvement and further charitsble work by the membets. These benefrts are evidenced
through attendance at public meetings ofworship and our annual seasonal events. This
purpose does not gNe rise to any harm. There are no private benefits for Trustees arising
from this purpose.
Tullygarley Mission Hall is governed by a Trust Deed.
In setting our objectives and planning our activfties for the yearthe trustees have given
careful consideration to the Charity Commission Nl's guidance on public benefit to
ensure that the activities have helped to achieve the chariivs purposes and provide 8
beneflt to the beneficiaries.
TuLlygarley Mission Hall holds a Sunday evening Gospel service two Sundaws each
month from 6-7pm. The prayer meeting is held everyTuesday evening. The mission hall
close8 duringthe months of July and August.
The bank balance at the beginning of the financiaLyear (01.01.24) totslLed £5,371.58.
The total income during 2024 amounted to £3,960.44 and the total expenditure during
2024 amounted to £5,132.78. The bank balance at the year*nd (31.12.24) tota(led
£4.199.24. The charity has no debts and all income and expenditure is un-restricted.

I have carried out an independent examination of tne accounts of Tullyg8rtey Mission
Hallfor the year ended 31 December 2024.
Respective responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner
AS the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the Charities Act (Nl) 2008.
It is my responsibilityto:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
to follow the procedures Laid down in the general directions given by the Charity
Commission under section 65 (9)(b) of the Charities Act
st8te whether particular matters have come to my attention
Basis of Independent Examinees statement
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act
and an examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions gNen by
the Charity Commission Nl un(Jer section 65 (9)(b) otthe Charities Act.
The examination included a review of the accounting records kept bythe charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking
explanations from you as charitytrustees concerning any such matter8.

come to my attention giving cause to believe
