Financial Revlew R•view of Buslness Coleshill Community Association is non-profit making with net income and resources in this year of £211.32 The trustees contlnue to manage resources in an efficient and sustainable manner. Reserves Policy Coleshill Community Association have a Reserves Policy, which requires Ihat reserves are built or maintained at a level which ensures that the organisations core activities could continue during a period of unforeseen difficulty and that the organisations known liabilities will be paid should the organisation cease to trade. Future Plans Coleshill Community Assodation plan to continue to focus on controlling costs, while maintaining the high standards of service to our beneficiaries. STATEMENT OF TRUSTEES, RESPONSIBILITIES for the year ende(13110312021 The Twstees are responsible for preparing the financial slatements in accordance with applicable law and regulations. The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the Charity and to enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with all appropriate regulations. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assels of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and dete￿iOn of fraud and other irregularities. In so far as the trustees are aware: there is no relevant infomiation (infomiation needed by the charity's independent examiner in connection with preparing the independent examiners report) of which the charity's independent examiner is unaware, and the trustees have tsken all the steps that they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant independent examiner information and to establish that the chartty's independent examiner is aware of that infonnation.
