The trustees have reviewed the budgets for the yeaw ahead and are satisfied ihat there are enough
funds in place to ensure that the parish can continue to SUPPOrt it5 activrtie5 Within the community.

satisfied thatthe accounts tor 2017 provide evidence that the Parish can continue as a EOifF8
coneern.

annually and there 15 no limit to the number of terms which may be served.

The Selecl Vestry Is respcnsible lor the day to day mana8em¢nt of the Parish. The Select Vestry
consists of the in¢urr)benr lor dloce5an representatlve in the tvent of a who presides a5
Chair, the church wardens, Elebe wardens and u5u6lly not More than 12 members elècted from the
Rw)er*l vestry.
The Select Vestry is respwsibl¢ for mékin8 decisions on matters of general conc•rn and importance
to Parish including the applic•tiE)n of Parish fund5. ￿ will meet attymes fixed by the members or
byth? doce5¥n synod and special meetings may be at *)y time by the Chair or Church
wardens. The S•leci Vestry met 10 tlmes during 2018 with an average attendarK¢ gf 10.
